Warm invitation to the IV International Scientific Conference of the Economy for the Common Good Movement ECGIC 2026 from June 10-12 in Amberg/Bavaria/Germany. The four hosting institutions – Technical University Amberg-Weiden in Bavaria/GER, University of West Bohemia, BayZen and ECOnGOOD international – created a conference structure of three days:

Day 1 – Theory
Day
2 – Practice
Day 3 – Transformation

… in order to design a holistic event. We count with several highlight formats: a round table on the needs of future generations, a dinner performance speech on biodigesters and the foundation of the scientific council of our movement.

We expect distinct keynote speakers from diverse parts of the world, amongst them Dirk Philipsen („The little big number“), Alma Spribille („WeTell“) and several surprises to be announced in the upcoming weeks.

The scientific committee comprises distinct scholars from Roland Menges (GER) to Antoinette Weibel (CH) to Rutger Hoeckstra (NL) to Helga Kromp-Kobl (AT) to Javier Carrillo (MX).

We would love to see you there and continue co-creating the TAPAS – the plenty alternatives of which the Economy for the Common Good is part of.
